Terms & Conditions — Business 360 Retreat
Important: Read before you register
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before you submit the Registration Form 1. By paying the token amount and / or registering, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

- Limited seats: 15 participants. Booking via token ₹5,000 (details below).
- Balance payment due within 3 days of our confirmation; failure to pay will forfeit your token.
- Once final payment is received and booking confirmed by us, no refunds.
- We coordinate with third-party providers (hotel, transport) and are not responsible for their service lapses.
- All inclusions as mentioned on Business 360 Retreat page.

Payment Terms — Token & Balance
To keep the experience intimate and ensure commitment, we follow a two-step payment policy:
Token Booking
- A non-zero token amount of ₹5,000 only (INR) is required to reserve your seat.
- Token payments must be made before submitting the registration Form 1 as you need to upload UTR / payment proof.
- Refund of token: Token is refundable only if at the time we receive your token payment, all 15 seats are already fully booked. In that case we will refund your token in full within 7-12 working days after verification.
Balance Payment & Confirmation (Early Bird):
- On successful verification of the token payment, we will send a confirmation email.
- You must pay the balance amount plus applicable GST within 3 calendar days of our confirmation email.
- Balance amount (In case of Twin Sharing) will be ₹50,000 only (INR) plus 18% GST on the total amount i.e. ₹9,900 within 3 calendar days of our confirmation email. GST Invoice will be provided in due course.
Calculation: Total Package Cost: ₹55,000 + GST. Token Amount: ₹5,000 + Balance Amount: ₹50,000 + 18% GST: ₹9,900 = ₹64,900/- only. (In case of Twin Sharing)
- Balance amount (In case of Single Occupancy) will be ₹70,000 only (INR) plus 18% GST on the total amount i.e. ₹12,600 (GST Invoice will be provided) within 3 calendar days of our confirmation email. GST Invoice will be provided in due course.
Calculation: Total Package Cost: ₹75,000 + GST. Token Amount: ₹5,000 + Balance Amount: ₹70,000 + 18% GST ₹12,600 = ₹88,500/- only. (In case of Single Occupancy)
- If payment is not received within 3 days of our confirmation, your token will be forfeited and your seat will be released to applicants on the waiting list.
- Once the full payment is received and confirmed by us, your booking will be final and non-refundable.
**Price will increase by INR 20,000/- once Early Bird Quota gets FULL.

Please ensure UTR / transaction reference is uploaded in Form 1 and retained for future reference.
Refunds, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
- No refund of any amounts paid will be provided after your final booking confirmation by us (the Organiser).
- Before the final payment is made, the token is refundable only as noted above.
- Bookings can be transferred to another participant (name change) only with prior written approval from the Organiser and subject to an administrative fee of ₹2,500 if within 4 days of the event. Transfers are not guaranteed and are at the Organiser's discretion.
Responsibility, Liability & Third-Party Services
The Organiser (NetFrendz & Grip Consultant) acts only as the event coordinator and facilitator. We contract with independent third-party service providers (hotels, transport providers, activity vendors). As such:
- The Organiser will use reasonable care in selecting service providers but shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or additional expenses arising from the acts, omissions, default or negligence of such third parties.
- Any disputes, claims, or complaints related to hotel amenities, room service, food quality, transport delays, or third-party vendors should first be raised with the Organiser; however, the Organiser does not accept liability beyond assisting with communication and remedy attempts.
- The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. We recommend adequate travel and personal insurance.
Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants, the following rules apply:
- Participants must behave professionally and respectfully toward other participants, facilitators, staff and service providers.
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. The Organiser reserves the right to remove (or have removed) any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or dangerous without refund.
- Excessive alcohol consumption that leads to disruptive behaviour is prohibited. Organiser staff may restrict access to activities if a participant is intoxicated or unsafe.
- Participants are responsible for their own valuables and belongings. The Organiser will not be liable for personal property loss or theft.
Health, Safety & Insurance
- Participants should disclose any serious medical conditions, allergies or mobility limitations during registration so reasonable accommodation can be made.
- Participation in physical activities (yoga, walks, etc.) is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. The Organiser is not liable for injuries caused during such activities.
- We strongly recommend that participants have adequate travel and medical insurance covering accident, illness and evacuation.
Privacy & Data Usage
We respect your privacy. By registering you consent to the Organiser collecting and processing your personal data (name, contact details, company details, GST, payment information) for the purpose of managing the event, issuing invoices/receipts, and communicating logistical information.
- We will use your contact details to send event updates, travel details, invoices and related communications.
- We may share necessary details with third-party vendors (hotel, transport provider) solely for the performance of services relevant to the retreat.
- Photos or videos taken during the retreat may be used for Organiser marketing and social media unless you notify us in writing before the event that you opt out.
- We will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. For further privacy details, we will publish a dedicated Privacy Policy page (link to be added).
Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, epidemics, strikes, supplier failures or transport disruptions). In such cases, we will attempt to offer rescheduling, credit notes or alternative arrangements where feasible. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All training materials, presentations, templates and content provided during the retreat remain the intellectual property of the Organiser or content owners. Participants are permitted to use the materials for internal business purposes but may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without prior written permission.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
